Animal Health International accepts returns only of goods that are damaged or defective, or in the case of a shipping error, and only if Animal Health International receives timely notice of the damage, defect or error according to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, or any terms or conditions stated on the invoice that accompanies the goods.  In all other cases, returns of merchandise must be authorized by an Animal Health International representative.  Unauthorized returns will not be considered for credit or replacement, and in no case will any request for a return authorization be accepted after one year from the date of delivery of the Product.

To facilitate a request for authorizing a return, please provide a copy of the original invoice.
When credit or replacement is warranted, any returned product that is not damaged or defective must be returned in the original packaging with unbroken seals, unmarked by customer, maintained in correct storage conditions, and be in saleable condition.

Any authorized return of overstock items will be subject to a 15% restocking charge, and return freight to our designated return location must be paid by the customer.
Certain Products Animal Health International distributes are classified by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) as hazardous materials. These materials are described by their Materials Safety Data Sheet (“MSDS”) and must be properly prepared for transportation. If you are returning an item that is identified as a hazardous material please refer to the DOT Regulations, available at: http://hazmat.dot.gov.  Hazardous materials that are not properly packaged and labeled will be refused upon arrival at any Animal Health International shipping location.

Outdated hazardous materials and Controlled Substances will not be accepted for return and should be disposed of by the customer in accordance with applicable law.
